Absent: Ryan Bailey
- Ryan Bailey submitted his resignation, effective immediately due to family move
- New Management:
- Discuss meeting with myHOA-online, LLC and logistics
- All members approve the decision to switch to myHOA as our new management
company
- If accepted, consider September 1, 2024 as initiation date with myHOA
- Contract termination date for Windermere of September 30, 2024 for overlap
- Mike Pugmire will draft the notification to Windermere
- Want to retain landscaping services and transfer overs to myHOA
- Consider landscaping bid for 2025
- Follow up from lot 36 re trees from the retention pond project
- Scott contacted the city, Tract B is no longer ours
- Suggest they contact the city with their specific issues, HOA is limited on what
we can do
