-Do we need to start working on the 2024 budget?  

Budget, meeting notice and agenda to the HOA board by 11/3, we have until 11/10 to review and approve 

We will have a meeting between 11/3 and 11/10 to review the budget 

Monday 11/6 7pm meeting, Eydie will send a separate Webex 

 

To-Dos from our last meeting:  

-Jason to rake bark around the park spinner – DONE 

-Check rules and regs regarding any updates, 

-Seeclickfix app report to the city the disintegrating bollards next to the community park.  Assigned to Jason - pending  

-Sprinkler system, let’s have decision made by our Feb. meeting 

We need new underground wires from pole to meter box, 2’ deep approx. 60’ long ditch for new wires from the pole to meter box 

Eydie to email a contractor she likes who can do it all -  

Dave to follow up with PSE and confirm if the underground wire is our responsibility - Pending  (PSE is claiming it is a commercial hookup, so the wire is our responsibility) 

Jason to get a bid from Ash Prokosh, ProBros Construction LLC, (206) 890-2929 

 

Issues pending votes:  

-Approved $550.28 Brightview bid to overseed bare and patchy spots in the turn, no issue created, SO: 8258972 

-Brightview bid of $1,228.05 to remove dead trees/shrubs at monument signs.  Eydie to check with another landscaper for a bid as the Brightview bid appears too much.  Eydie to create an issue and attach the other bid 

20307 – tree removal, approved  

15131 – Turf renovation bid from Brightview, on hold 

15128 – French drain installation at park, on hold 

15129 – Bark and mulch for entrances, on hold 

15127 – Noxious plant removal, on hold
